Our entry can be verified independently in the Czech public registers using the identification number IČO 04849761. If a reviewer, grant provider or donor requires a signed extract or our statutes, we will send them by email on request, normally within two working days.

Governance structure

The association is governed by its members. A general meeting of members is the highest body; it approves the annual plan, the budget and the annual report, and elects the statutory representative who acts on behalf of the association. Board roles are unpaid.

Conflict of interest

Members declare any personal or commercial interest in a supplier, workshop or property before a decision is taken and abstain from that vote. Restoration contracts are awarded on documented professional merit and price.

Financial practice

All income — donations, membership fees, concert collections and grants — is recorded in our accounts and used only for the association's stated purpose. No profit is distributed to members. Grant funds are reported to the grantor according to their rules.

Reporting & documents on request

Statutes, annual activity reports, restoration documentation and financial summaries are available to members, donors and public authorities on written request to our official email.

Public benefit commitment

Our activities are open to the public and are not run for commercial gain. Concerts and educational events are free or offered at a voluntary contribution wherever the budget allows.
