This website is operated by Spolek pro obnovu varhan v Načeradci, a registered association (zapsaný spolek) under Czech law, IČO 04849761, registered office Vitice 28, 281 06 Vitice, Czechia. By using this website or taking part in our activities you accept the terms set out below. They are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

This website exists to inform the public about our heritage work, publish details of concerts, workshops and restoration projects, and provide transparent information about the association. It is not a commercial shop and we do not sell goods or services through it.

• Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Do not send us unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Do not misrepresent the association, its members or its partners.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

We prepare the content of this site carefully and in good faith. Event dates, project stages and technical details may change; we correct information as soon as we become aware of an error. Historical descriptions reflect the best available research at the time of publication.

Text and the association's emblem are the property of the association. Photographs on this site are authentic documentary photographs of pipe organs, church interiors and musical events used under their respective licences, with rights remaining with their photographers. Please ask us before reproducing any material; we will normally agree for educational and non-commercial use with attribution.

• Events take place in historic buildings and organ lofts. Participants must follow the instructions of our organisers and of the building's custodian.
• Children take part under the supervision of a teacher, parent or legal guardian.
• Instruments and church furnishings may only be touched when a member of the association or a restorer expressly invites it.
• We may photograph events for documentation; if you do not wish to appear, tell us before the event and we will respect that.
• We may cancel or reschedule an event for safety, weather or conservation reasons; where a contribution was paid, it is refunded or transferred.

Donations are voluntary and are used exclusively for the association's stated purpose. We confirm receipt in writing on request and can state which project the funds were allocated to. Donations are generally non-refundable once the funds have been committed to restoration work; if a project cannot proceed, we contact donors to agree whether the funds are returned or redirected.

Volunteers act on behalf of the association only within the tasks agreed with them in advance. Volunteering does not create an employment relationship and is unpaid, unless a specific written agreement provides for reimbursement of costs.

We link to municipalities, parishes, heritage bodies and map services for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external websites.

We provide this website as it is and, to the extent permitted by Czech law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from its use or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
