Pipe Organ Restoration & Technical Conservation

Collaborating with certified organ restoration master craftsmen, organists and historical preservationists to conduct expert diagnostic assessments, pipe repairs and mechanical restoration.

Condition surveys with written photographic documentation
Cleaning, releathering, wind-system repair and re-voicing by certified workshops
Woodworm treatment, case joinery and stabilisation of historic decoration
Post-restoration tuning schedules and maintenance plans for each parish

Community Benefit Concerts & Cultural Recitals

Organising public organ concerts, classical music recitals and charity performances to showcase restored instruments and engage the local community in cultural life.

Seasonal recitals with regional and visiting organists
Benefit concerts where proceeds go directly to a named restoration
Programme notes in plain Czech so first-time listeners feel welcome
Free admission for children, students and seniors wherever possible

Heritage Education & Youth Music Workshops

Hosting guided educational tours, interactive workshops for students and lecture series explaining the mechanics, history and cultural value of pipe organs.

School visits to the organ loft with hands-on demonstrations

Mentoring for young organists who want to play in their own village

Cultural Advocacy & Historic Documentation

Documenting regional pipe organ history, cataloguing historical sacral artefacts and advocating for public support of rural cultural heritage preservation.

Public reporting so residents can follow what happens to their heritage
